Bajigame Terms and Conditions —
Your Rights & Our Rules, Clearly Explained

1. Definitions

Before we get into the detail, here are the key terms used throughout this document and what they mean in the context of Bajigame:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Bajigame. This is a hard requirement and is non-negotiable. We may ask for proof of age at any time. If it is found that a player is under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned to the verified payment method, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on Bajigame. This one-account rule applies across shared devices, shared households, and shared IP addresses. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery function rather than creating a second account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them consolidated or forfeited depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

2.3 Accurate Registration

All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Any deliberate misrepresentation of your identity at registration may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Ownership

Your Bajigame account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials, including bets placed and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

3.2 Password Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. Bajigame staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If anyone claiming to be from Bajigame requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

3.3 Account Verification

Bajigame reserves the right to request verification of your identity, location, and payment methods at any time. This is typically triggered before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in temporary account suspension until the process is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Bajigame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. There are no deposit fees charged by Bajigame — your payment provider's own fees (if any) are separate from ours.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any excess balance may be withdrawn to any verified payment method on your account. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically process within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only approved from accounts that have completed any active bonus wagering requirements.
• Bajigame reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bajigame does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if a withdrawal is returned by a payment provider due to incorrect details provided by the player, any fees incurred are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Pending Withdrawal Policy

Once a withdrawal has been approved by Bajigame, it cannot be reversed by the player. Players who submit withdrawal requests are advised to ensure their payment details are correct before confirming the request. Bajigame is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to player error in the details provided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bajigame offers various bonuses including welcome deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and VIP Club rewards. Each bonus has its own specific terms displayed at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms as well as these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Only bets placed using bonus funds count toward the requirement. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements may vary — this will be stated in the specific bonus terms. As a general guide on Bajigame:

• Slots and fishing games: 100% contribution
• Live casino tables (Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution
• Sports betting (cricket and other markets): 20% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bajigame actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. If we determine that a player or group of players is systematically exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting with bonus funds, chip dumping, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — we reserve the right to void the bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from it, and close the accounts involved without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

All bets placed on Bajigame are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bet details are correct before confirmation. Bajigame will not accept requests to void bets on the grounds of player error after they have been confirmed by the system.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Sports bets may be cancelled by Bajigame in limited circumstances: if the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play having taken place, if the event is postponed beyond a specified period, or if an obvious pricing error has been made. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance. Casino game bets are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and market on Bajigame has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed within each game or market before placing a bet. Maximum bet limits exist to manage our exposure and ensure a fair experience for all players. Bajigame reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including applying individual player bet limits where betting patterns suggest professional gambling activity or suspected match manipulation.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

Bajigame uses certified third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) software for casino games. In the rare event of a technical malfunction that prevents a game result from being properly determined, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. No claim for winnings can be made on the basis of an incomplete or technically disrupted game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajigame and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any programme that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through exploits, glitches, or any technical interference.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports manipulation — including placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Using Bajigame for money laundering, including depositing funds from criminal activity and withdrawing them to legitimise the source.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC processes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bajigame staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of the Bajigame platform, including game code, odds algorithms, or proprietary technology.
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask your location and circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Privacy & Data

Bajigame collects personal data from players as part of registration, KYC, and ongoing account management. How we collect, store, use, and protect this data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on Bajigame, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary: your data is stored securely, never sold to marketers, and shared only with our service providers (payment processors, game providers) as necessary to deliver the platform. We may contact you about promotions and account-related matters by email or SMS if you have opted in. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bajigame is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's breach of these Terms.
• Technical interruptions, outages, or delays in the platform that are outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a player's own decision to gamble, including the inherent risk of losing money wagered on the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Bajigame's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for any amount beyond this.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Bajigame support. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will result in bonus funds being forfeited at the point of closure.

10.2 Closure by Bajigame

Bajigame reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for the following reasons (among others):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player with their bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Section 10.3 below).
• Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

10.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. Bajigame will notify you by email before applying a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. The maintenance fee continues until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if the account has been locked.

11. Responsible Gaming

Bajigame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts for when you've been playing for a specified period. You can configure these reminders from the Responsible Gaming section of your account.
• Cool-off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (1 day to 6 months). During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit or play, but you can withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the period selected. Your account will be closed and you will not be able to create a new account during the exclusion period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Bajigame reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
